Jul 18 Kiersten Bray 5 Stars ~ This book is an important reminder for us to stay present, be awake, and to seek the guidance of Spirit, God, and the angels. Furthermore, Jesus also wants to impart to the rest of us that there are methods on how to be Awake and Attentive. This is important because I have a busy schedule, and to have these tips as a reminder helps me to come back to that relaxed state of the mind and body. Jesus shared these ancient teachings of meditation: • To be still in the body. • To quieten the mind through rhythmic breathing. • To slow the thoughts gently and without rushing. • To quieten our emotions by allowing the peace to fill us. • To let go of all around us until we are only in the moment. • To surrender our personal choices to the divine will within us. • To be still in that gentle, kind surrender only to the good. • To allow our feelings to relax and our mind to flow. Do you feel the connection to this? Well, if you do, practice this as much as you practice being kind, loving, and helpful to others.
